Keeping essential services working

Cookies and similar browser storage are small pieces of information saved by your browser. KMH uses essential storage to remember your booking cart, keep checkout secure, open the correct secure booking and keep signed-in accounts working.

These essential services are needed when you ask the website to remember something or protect access to your booking. Blocking them may prevent the cart, checkout or secure booking area from working.

Essential cookies

They remember your selected accommodation and booking details, protect checkout, support secure booking access and keep authorised accounts signed in.

Secure payments

Stripe may store security and fraud-prevention information when the secure card form is loaded. Stripe processes card details; KMH does not store the card number or security code.

Optional analytics or marketing

Optional measurement or marketing tools are not needed to make a booking. If KMH enables one, it must be operated with the choices and controls required for that service. This page does not claim that optional tools can never be present.

How long information remains

Some essential storage lasts only for the browser session. Cart or secure-access information may remain for a limited period so you can continue the journey, and can end sooner when you complete the task, sign out or clear browser data.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the cart, checkout, secure booking links or account sign-in from working correctly.
